Cup exceeded my expectations! It did arrive with small scuff marks/imperfections which are located directly on the pet’s face (so it’s hard to ignore) but I believe that happened during shipping since the box was damaged upon arrival. Would totally recommend! Customer service was also great with communication! Fast shipping too!
