1. Production & Shipping Time Frames and Terms
   1.1. We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, please note that production & shipping time frames may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, shipping destination, shipping provider and unexpected happenings in distribution and shipping process (wars, natural disasters, pandemics, etc). Usually our production time is 3-5 business days (if not specified differently in product Descriptions) for most of our products produced in USA. Shipping time is usually 5-8 business days but for some small amount of products, printed in China, it can take 10-15 days. Please be aware that in time of holidays production and shipping time can take longer (regardless of where they are produced).

1.2. Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process or noted on header of our site. For now all USA orders are shipped FREE OF CHARGE (this can be change at any time).  Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Return Processing 2.1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy, which outlines the process and conditions for returning products.
