1. Production & Shipping Time Frames

1.1. We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, production and shipping time frames may vary depending on: product availability, customization requirements, destination, shipping & printing provider provider location, and unforeseen events (such as war, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).

Our standard production time is 2–4 business days (unless otherwise noted in the product description).
Most products are produced in the USA. Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 4–8 business days. Rest of the products are made at our print provider facilities located in EU/CA/UK/AU and China.
Some items, produced overseas (e.g., China), may take 10–15 business days to arrive.
Please note that during holiday seasons, both production and shipping times may be extended regardless of the manufacturing location.

1.2. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout or noted at the top of our website.

Any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Returns & Refunds

2.1. Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong design (color,size,etc) made by our mistake.
