Return Policy, Replacements and Refunds

By ordering our products and services you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, please refrain from using our website, product or services.
- Returns. We don’t accept any returns for custom made products. For returns of non-custom products please check sections 2 and 4.
- Replacements. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we accept replacements in following cases:
2.1.The delivered product is damaged in production or transport (claim this with supporting photo or video of damaged product). Replacement is issued or refused after provided photos are checked in 24h.
2.2.The delivered product contains design errors caused by a printing error or us (supporting photo needed). Replacement is issued or refused after provided photos are checked in 24h.
2.3.The delivered product’s size, color, or quantity is different from what was ordered (supporting photo needed). Replacement is issued or refused after provided photos are checked in 24h.
2.4.The product appears to be missing in transit. Replacement is issued immediately.
- Refunds. Refunds are only possible if none of the conditions from terms, section 2. can not be met. Refunds are done in 72 hours after complain is solved directly to customer account.
4. We don’t accept returns, replacements or refunds in case:
- Customer made mistake in ordering process (choosing wrong size, color, quantity, entering wrong address or name, etc.)
- Customer change mind when order is already in production or transport.
Dogzlab reserves the right to refuse order and issue a refund in following cases:
- provided photo is poor quality for good design and a new one is not provided after contacting customer
- provided photo or text have offensive content
- provided photo or text are under copyright or trademark
