Ordering:
1. How do I order a custom product?
Choose the product you like.
Select the product options (size, color, pattern, etc.).
Enter your pet’s name or any custom text you want included in the final design.
Upload pet photos directly from your phone or computer. You can upload up to 6 photos of the same pet (if you’re unsure which is best), or upload photos of multiple pets if you want them all in one design.
Choose the quantity.
Click Add to Cart.
Proceed to Checkout.
2. How do I upload pet photos?
On each product page, you’ll find a section labeled “Upload Dog Photos.” You can upload up to 6 photos—either of the same pet or different pets if you want a multi-pet design.
3. What if I have a special request?
Use the “Order Notes” box on the product page to enter any special instructions.
If you forget to add it there, no worries—you can also include your request on the Checkout page.
4. What if I want 3+ pets on same product design?
The price covers 1 or 2 pets on product design. Want to add more (up to 6)? Just throw the PET ADD-ON into your order too!
5. Where can I find a discount or coupon code?

6. How do I order classic & casual product
This type of products do not need personalization. Just choose one you like, select size and color, click Add to Cart & Checkout.
Production & Shipping
1. Design & Production time
Your custom design will be ready within 24 hours.
Production takes 2–4 business days, depending on the product.
During busy seasons (like Thanksgiving, Christmas, Father’s Day, etc.), production may take a little longer.
2. Shipping
We typically ship orders within 2–4 days after payment is received.
Once your item ships, you’ll get a tracking email (via USPS, DHL, or another carrier).
3. Delivery
We work with a wide network of print providers around the world, so delivery usually takes about 5–7 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
